    Fees: please refer to map site for space size:
    Standard Spaces Main Exhibitor Hall: 2, 3, 4, 6 to 40, 42, 43, 44, 46 to 60, 63 to 73 - $400
    Large Space Main Exhibitor Hall: 1, 5, 41, 45, 61, 62, 73 - $600
    Large Space Hall from Foyer into Main Hall: H1, H2, H3, H4, H5 - $600
    Standard Spaces Foyer/Entrance: C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7 - $450.00
    Car Spaces Foyer/Entrance: Car1, Car2, Car3, Car4 - $500.00

    Please Note: Spaces 48 to 61 are very high traffic areas as is the Foyer C1 to C7 + Cars and Main Hall H1 to H5
               

    Trestle Tables available for:
    Spaces 1 to 45, 61 to 73, H1 to H5, L1to L7 

     Small Square* Table available for:
    Spaces 46 to 57 - 1 Person Stand Only

    * (90cm x 90cm x 1M high)

    Island Bar available for:
    ​Car Spaces C1to C4
    ​or larger spaces 1,5,41,45,61,62,73, H1to H5


    Expo bags are a great way to continue your reach to potential couple after the expo is done.
    Or a great way to get in front of our visitors when you can't be at the expo yourself.
    You can include a flyer, samples or discount voucher with a call-to-action for couples, to maximize your marketing dollars. 
    Exhibitors rate $50              Non-Exhibitor Rate $100

    Our raffles are for our recipient COUCH Wellness Centre, and are also a great way to gain
    valuable, additional promotion for your business.
    To be included as a prize provider, please tell us
    what you will donate and it's value/cost.

    PAYMENT DETAILS 
    After completing your registration you will need to pay via direct deposit OR request a payment plan (see below).
    A tax invoice will be issued:

    Payment plan with Pay Advantage:  
     
    Save the Date Wedding Expo can offer a payment plan to suit your needs. Pay Advantage can be set up for d/debits from your account, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whatever suits you. Your exhibitor space fee must be paid in full 1 week prior to the expo if you choose to use this option.
    Fees do apply.
    • Each D/Debit is charged at 1.87% for the full amount, and then .88 cents per transaction.
    • Missed payments will incur a dishonour fee of $5.50 and your payment will be rescheduled 3 days after the due date, and continue until otherwise notified by the vendor.
    • Please email info@savethedatecairns.com.au requesting this option. Please supply your Bank Name, BSB, Acc # and when you would like this to start and your option of weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
    • Please note Save the Date wedding Expo will issue you with an invoice and details and a final “paid in full” invoice will be sent once it is finalised. 
    • Payment required in full on booking.
